This gentle, accessible, 8-week class supports you in connecting with your body, building confidence in your strength, and feeling more at ease in your movement. We’ll focus on grounding, mindful stretches, and intentional movement to help you feel centered and supported. Designed for all ages and experience levels, with plenty of options to meet you where you are.
